06 TEATRO DI RIFREDI

Teatro di Rifredi is a small, blackbox theater on the outskirts of Florence, Italy’s city center. The theater was built by a mutual aid society in 1911, and is connected directly to the community center next door. The theater itself is fairly small, with a blackbox stage, red velvet seats and a large courtyard out front. The theater became known for its experimental productions and children’s productions. In this project, I propose a new brand and identity system for the theater.
