This stop motion video draws from a personal essay “Where? What? Where?” from Geoff Dyer’s book “White Sands.” The essay discusses the excitement, high expectations, and potential letdowns of international travel. Each frame was printed out, modified manually, then scanned back in to create the various effects. Music is “I’ll be Around” by Ceelo Green and Timbaland.
